Exercising and eating right is important for everyone. We have been hearing this since we were little, eat this, don’t eat too much of that, exercise instead of watch television and the list goes on and on. As we get older though, we may realize that all that advice was for a good reason. Exercising really does help us to be stronger, healthier and it helps us to live longer and to fight off illness and other health conditions. It is important for everyone including men to know what exercises are right for them and how to do them in order to stay in shape, look good and to feel good.?/p>
Exercising regularly may help lower blood pressure, lower the risk for diabetes as well as many other medical concerns such as cancer. Exercising regularly also helps to lower bad cholesterol and boost good cholesterol known as high-density lipoprotein or HDL. This may lower a mans risk for heart disease.牋
Also, exercising can help lower triglycerides which are a form of fat found in the blood and can be associated with a risk for heart disease. Exercising regularly can also help men to lower their risk of high blood pressure. As men get older their risk of heart disease and stroke may increase if they have high blood pressure, but regular exercise can help to lower these risks. Regular exercise can also help lower the risk for inflammation by lowing C-reactive protein which may line around the arteries and may increase the risk for heart attack when they are inflamed.?/p>
Exercising may also help men to have better blood vessels. If there is enough oxygen going to blood vessels and they are allowed to widen and narrow, this may decrease the risk for a heart attack as well. This also helps the blood vessels to be better able to respond to physical changes and demands.?Exercising can also help men to lower and maintain a healthy weight which will help lower the risk for diabetes. It can also help lower a mans risk for colon cancer if they continue to exercise regularly.?/p>
Finally, as men get older their bones may get thinner leading to medical problems and concerns, exercise can help strengthen the bones and keep them healthy. It also helps promote weight loss which may help men to look and feel better as well as helping men to live longer.
Exercise and eating healthy may be more important than we may have thought when we were younger and may have not been so concerned with that good advice we may have been given. Exercise and a healthy diet as well as consulting a doctor can help men to stay in shape, live longer, fight off disease and other medical conditions and help them to spend more time with loved ones in the future.
